Richard Gomide

Richard Gomide is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in supply chain, operations, and engineering, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Repair Operations and Chief of Staff for LMR Supply Chain & Procurement at Motorola Solutions, Inc. since July 2009. Gomide has led significant initiatives in reverse logistics, lean manufacturing, and quality engineering, ensuring improved customer experience and profitability. Previously, Gomide held senior management roles at Motorola and IBM, where responsibilities included managing cross-functional teams, budget oversight, and leading operations for product launches. Gomide began a career in research and development at Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas, notable for designing innovative electronic products. Gomide holds an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia Barretos.
