Rob Sallese

Rob Sallese is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations and support. Currently, at Motorola Solutions since October 2022, Rob provides critical support to a global sales organization, focusing on Salesforce Database administration, user management, and troubleshooting. Prior experience at Zensar Technologies from April 2012 to January 2021 includes roles in Sales Support and Vendor Management, as well as a leadership position overseeing global support centers, where Rob managed the development of 30 remote staff and ensured delivery of 24/7 support. Additionally, as Client Success/Program Manager, Rob fostered relationships with clients generating significant revenue, coordinated cross-departmental efforts, and conducted performance reporting. Earlier, at Akibia, Rob managed global call centers, enhancing service incident support and helpdesk operations. Rob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Becker College.
