Sid Padgaonkar has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the PreSale Engineering & Systems Integration Director for the North East Region at Motorola Solutions since January 2005. With a management role overseeing a team of forty-five, Sid Padgaonkar is responsible for employee management, including hiring, training, and performance appraisal. Previous positions include Solutions Architect & Business Capture Manager, where consultation for customized migration plans was key, and Product & Services Offer Manager, focusing on cloud-based solutions expected to generate significant revenue.
