Sai Venkatesh Ramesh

Sai Venkatesh Ramesh is a Technical Lead Engineer at Motorq since June 2023, previously serving as a Software Engineer. With a focus on analytics, Sai has successfully led the end-to-end migration of an in-house analytics platform to a Lakehouse architecture, employing technologies such as Apache Spark and Delta Lake. Prior to this role, Sai contributed as a Senior Engineer in the Analytics & Streaming Team at Motorq, developing features for a connected-cars data platform. Earlier experience includes a Software Development Engineer position at Samsung Electronics, where scalable data pipelines were designed to manage high request volumes across multiple databases. Additionally, Sai worked as a Research Assistant at IIIT Hyderabad under Dr. Ravi Kiran Sarvadevabhatla, contributing to advancements in multi-tank detection using deep learning techniques. Sai holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
