Nathalie McGloin is a pioneering figure in motorsport, recognized as the first female with a spinal cord injury to obtain a racing licence in the UK. Currently serving as a Keynote Speaker for Nathalie McGloin Racing Ltd since May 2015, Nathalie is the only disabled driver in their championship and the sole female tetraplegic race and rally driver globally. Nathalie holds leadership positions as the President of the FIA Disability and Accessibility Commission and as a Disabled Motorsport Consultant for Motorsport UK, both since 2018. Additionally, Nathalie co-founded Spinal Track, a charity established in May 2016 that provides disabled individuals with opportunities to experience track and rally driving. Nathalie McGloin earned a BA Hons in English Language and Literature from the University of Nottingham.
