Sue Sanders

Sue Sanders is the Director of Learning and Development at Motorsport UK since January 2002. She also serves as a Rallies Committee Member, addressing concerns from the motorsport community. As the Consultant Head of Education & Training, she focuses on developing pathways for officials and competitors in the sport. In her role as International Training Manager, Sue creates training proposals for Motorsport Governing Bodies worldwide.

Furthermore, Sue is the Principal Consultant and Director at Summerfield Sanders, delivering solutions to various organizations. At The Race of Champions, she holds the position of Head of Health, Safety & Security, ensuring compliance with FIA regulations. With significant experience in event coordination, Sue has worked in roles such as Event Safety Coordinator at Wales Rally GB and Event Safety Advisor at Rally of Scotland. Her educational background includes a MA in Human Resource Management and certifications in Health & Safety.
