Tom Hartley

Tom Hartley serves as a UK Board Member for The True Athlete Project and has held various roles at UK Coaching since March 2020, including Coaching Lead, overseeing the development of programs for coaches and improving the coaching workforce across sports. Previous experience includes Technical Director for Swindon Town WFC, Oxford United Women Assistant Manager, and multiple positions with The Football Association, culminating in the delivery of coaching qualifications and managing FA Skills Coaches. Hartley also contributed to the growth and development of women's football at Arsenal F.C. and holds a Master's degree in Education from Birmingham City University.
