Connor MacMillan

Connor MacMillan is a seasoned Product Design Manager currently at Motorway since August 2025, previously holding the same title at Tide from September 2022 to August 2025, where leadership involved developing a team of designers and user researchers. Prior experience includes roles at Xero as a Product Design Lead and Senior Product Designer, focusing on innovative customer communication, as well as positions at Katapult Design and Dyson, where expertise encompassed experience design and engineering for connected products. Connor holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Product Design Engineering from The Glasgow School of Art and the University of Glasgow, complemented by foundational education at Jordanhill Secondary School and Boclair Academy.
