Cristina Obispo

Cristina Obispo is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various recruitment roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Motorway since October 2020, Cristina has acted as Interim Head of Talent, overseeing a team of six and managing the full spectrum of recruiting and selection while planning for 2024. Prior experience includes talent acquisition roles at Palladium, where recruitment was conducted for internal and external teams globally, and K2 Partnering Solutions, focusing on technology staffing. Cristina has also held positions at Randstad España, specializing in high-volume recruitment in the fashion and retail sectors, as well as earlier roles in legal administration and recruitment assistance. Cristina holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Labour Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
