Sales Director at Motorway

James is currently the Sales Director at Motorway. Prior to that, they were the Digital Growth & Partnerships Manager at Nutmeg from July 2016 to December 2019. In that role, they were responsible for growing the affiliate channel from scratch and recruiting and maintaining relationships with major partners. James was also in charge of partner marketing, creating and growing the entire partnership marketing channel while running big budget partner campaigns. In addition, they oversaw Multi-Channel Digital, managing and optimizing Nutmeg's key digital channels of PPC, Display, and Paid Social.

Before joining Nutmeg, James was the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager at Paysafe Group from July 2011 to June 2016. In that role, they were responsible for executing partner marketing plans and managing relationships with key partners. Prior to Paysafe Group, James worked as a Marketing Operations Executive at Paddy Power Betfair from July 2010 to February 2011.

James has a BA (hons) in Business Analysis from the University of Reading and A-Levels in Economics, Business, and Art from Dame Alice Owens School. James is also certified by the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) in CIM Digital Marketing and by Google in Google Adwords Certified.
