James Wilson

James Wilson is currently the COO at Motorway. Prior to that, they were the Director of Fulfillment by Amazon, UK Marketplace at Amazon from March 2014 to December 2021. In that role, they were responsible for growing the Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) business in the UK and growing the sales of UK Selling Partners in the rest of the world.

Before Amazon, Wilson was a Principal at Bain from September 2004 to March 2014. James started their career as an Associate at 4Dstrategy from July 2003 to July 2004 and then Senior Consultant at EDS from January 2001 to December 2003.

James Wilson studied biochemistry at Lincoln College, Oxford University. James then went on to complete a MBioch at Oxford University.

They work with James Bush - Sales Director, Victoria Biggs - Chief Communications Officer, and Brad Jayakody - Director of Engineering. James Wilson reports to Tom Leathes, Co-Founder & CEO.
