Paolo Franzoni is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in controlling and financial management. Since March 2020, Paolo has served as Group Controller at MOTOVARIO S.p.A. Prior to this role, from April 2008 to March 2020, Paolo held several positions at Comer Industries, including Group Operation Controller, Senior Controller, and Finance and Controlling Manager, where responsibilities included drafting financial statements under Italian GAAP and IFRS, as well as managing reports for the parent company. Earlier experience also includes a role as Controller at Comatrol (a member of the Danfoss Group) from March 2003 to April 2008, focusing on monthly management accounts under Italian and U.S. GAAP and annual budgeting. Paolo holds a degree in Business Economics with a focus on quantitative methods from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, earned between 1996 and 2002.
