Trent Phillips, CRL, CMRP, possesses extensive experience in continuous improvement and reliability management. Currently serving as Corporate Continuous Improvement at Motrex LLC since November 2022, Trent previously held the position of Global Reliability Manager at Novelis from October 2014 to November 2022. Prior to that, Trent was Condition Monitoring Manager at LUDECA, INC. from April 2006 to October 2014, and worked as Program Manager at Allied Reliability Group from 2000 to April 2006. Trent began a career at Emerson Process Management, where responsibilities included Services Manager from 1994 to 2001. Education includes attendance at Scott High School.
