De Cauwer

Jan De Cauwer is an experienced finance executive currently serving as the CFO at Neat since April 2022. Previously, Jan held the CFO position at Tapad from October 2017 to April 2022, where the company was acquired by Experian for $280 million in November 2020. Jan's career includes roles such as VP Ad-Tech at Telenor and Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategy and M&A in the TMT sector. Jan started in finance with an internship at Permira, followed by positions at Anheuser-Busch InBev and Jan De Nul Group, participating in significant projects in Qatar and Russia. Jan holds an MBA from London Business School and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from KU Leuven.
