James C. Buffum

James C. Buffum is a seasoned professional in the real estate and hospitality industries. Currently a Sales Associate at Mott & Chace Sotheby's International Realty since August 2013, James also serves as the General Manager of Watch Hill Merry-Go-Round & Beach from March 2019 to the present. Prior experience includes training real estate agents as an Instructor for Core Logic Matrix and working as a Sales Associate at Coleman Realtors. James has also held positions as a Lobby Ambassador at The Ocean House and President of Buffum Hospitality, Inc. Additionally, James had a long tenure as Owner Manager of Weekapaug Inn and Cottages, LLC from 1987 to 2010. Academically, James holds a BA in Business and English from Rollins College and an MBA in Hospitality from Johnson & Wales University.
