Aditya Bothate

Aditya Bothate has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Aditya started their career at TATA Motors, India, where they worked on a senior year project involving the design and manufacture of a test apparatus for measuring the backset of an automotive head-restraint. After that, they worked as a summer intern at GKN Sinter, where they contributed to generating robust specifications for thermal process equipment. Aditya then joined San Diego State University as a research assistant, focusing on multi-scale modeling and experimentation funded by NASA. Aditya later worked at Mott Corporation as a material scientist and metallurgist, involved in developing new materials, processes, and applications. Aditya then moved to Högänäs AB, where they held the role of engineer in new market development, responsible for market and product development for powder metallurgy. Currently, Aditya works at Mott Corporation as the director of inside sales.

Aditya Bothate holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University, which they obtained in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2009. Additionally, Aditya Bothate has obtained a certification in Value Selling for Breakthrough Results from Dale Carnegie Training in August 2016, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Connecticut in August 2013.
