Duane Douglas has extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer at Mott Corporation since March 2016, focusing on the Porous Metal High Purity area. Prior to this role, Duane held a position as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Coherent Inc. from 2006 to February 2016, where responsibilities included improving manufacturing processes for CO2 lasers. With a background as a Production Manager at TLD and Flo-Tech, Duane oversaw manufacturing operations in both union and non-union environments. Additional experience includes positions at IBP Aerospace, Infodex, Allen-Bradley, and Hamilton Sundstrand, with responsibilities ranging from mechanical design to the setup of electronic assembly lines.
