Francis Baker

Francis Baker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital delivery and engineering. Currently serving as the Digital Delivery Lead at Mott MacDonald Bentley since May 2023, Francis previously held positions as a Consultant at Avanade and as a Power BI Developer at Acumine®, where enterprise-level reports were developed for Sir Robert McAlpine. Prior roles include a Consultant at Deloitte, focusing on infrastructure efficiency and PMO setup for the DHSC, and Digital Engineer at Laing O'Rourke, leading digital transformation on the United Utilities AMP6 Framework. Francis began a career as a Civil Engineer at Jacobs, contributing to major national projects such as the Smart Motorways Programme and Hinkley Point C. Francis earned a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Manchester in 2014.
