Daniel Caldwell

Daniel Caldwell is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in the transport sector, currently serving as Divisional General Manager and Transport Sector Leader for Queensland and Australia at Mott MacDonald since March 2021. In addition to these roles, Daniel is a Board Member of the Infrastructure Association of Queensland Inc. Since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Engineering Manager for the Cross River Rail Tunnels & Stations PPP at CPB Contractors and holding several significant positions at WSP in Australia & New Zealand, where responsibilities spanned major project delivery and client relationship management across various rail projects. Earlier career roles at GHD and Pacific Survey involved key design and construction interface management for major infrastructure projects, further enhanced by a strong educational background in civil engineering and spatial science from Queensland University of Technology and the University of Southern Queensland.
