Kevin Mitchell

Kevin Mitchell has extensive work experience in the field of building services engineering. Kevin was Divisional Director and Global Practice Leader at Mott MacDonald since June 2016. Prior to that, they held various roles at Buro Happold from 2008 to 2016, including Partner and UAE Country Director, as well as Regional Building Services Director. Before joining Buro Happold, Kevin worked at AMEC, where they served as General Manager - London, Aviation Sector Leader, BAA Key Account Executive, Manager of Facilities Engineering, and Principal Engineer. Their career started at Hoare Lea as a Senior Mechanical Engineer.

Kevin Mitchell has a diverse education history. Kevin obtained an MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued an MSc in Energy Engineering from London South Bank University between 1994 and 1996. Their undergraduate degree, a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering, was completed at the University of Leeds from 1987 to 1990. Kevin Mitchell has also obtained additional certifications including FCIBSE from CIBSE in 2020 and CEng from the Engineering Council in 1996.
