Meg Odom

Meg Odom, CPSM, is a seasoned professional in proposal management and business development, currently serving as a Senior Specialist Proposal Manager at Mott MacDonald since September 2025. Prior to this role, Meg held positions as a Senior Pursuit Manager and Pursuit Manager at Dewberry from November 2019 to September 2025. Meg also contributed as Finance Co-Chair for the SMPS Southeastern Regional Conference from August 2022 to August 2024, and held the position of Marketing Director at Surface 678 from June 2015 to November 2019. Previous experience includes roles at Hope Valley Country Club, RDK Engineers, and Thorburn Associates, along with a presidency at the SMPS Research Triangle Chapter. Meg earned a degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, class of 2004.
