Monica Donaldson-Balan

Monica Donaldson-Balan is an experienced Associate Building Physics Engineer at Mott MacDonald since June 2023. Prior to this role, Monica served as a Principal Sustainability Consultant at Hoare Lea, leading diverse projects in sectors such as healthcare and residential, with a focus on Net Zero Carbon strategies and operational energy assessments. Previous positions include Senior Sustainability Consultant at Mott MacDonald, where Monica contributed to significant R&D efforts on energy and carbon reduction, and Architect at HTA Design LLP, managing project development and BIM strategies.
