Nenad Jovanovic

Nenad Jovanovic, PhD, currently serves as Principal Energy Modelling Consultant at Mott MacDonald, focusing on generation expansion planning under various decarbonisation scenarios and modelling high renewable energy systems. Prior experience includes roles as Energy Consultant at LDK Consultants, where project involvement encompassed energy sector development and the National Energy and Climate Plan, among others. Contributions to the UNDP as Climate Change and Just Transition Consultant included the establishment of a Just Transition Roadmap for Serbia. As the founder of Zorun Consultancy, Nenad provided energy and information technology consulting services. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Sustainable Energy Technologies and Strategies from multiple prestigious institutions and an MSc in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Niš.
