Ross Donnelly

Ross Donnelly serves as the TMR Engineering Manager for the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project at Mott MacDonald since August 2022, overseeing contract negotiations, representing TMR in engineering matters, and supporting the establishment of the Rail Package Alliance. Previous roles include Technical Director and TMR Embedded Representative for the same project, where Ross contributed to design approvals and stakeholder engagement. Prior experience at AECOM involved managing construction phase services for the Cross River Rail project and leading civil engineering design efforts. Ross's career began at Aurecon, focusing on rail and civil projects, where significant contributions were made to large infrastructure initiatives in New Zealand and Australia. Ross holds multiple degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland.
