Natalie Chow, P.E., is a civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Mott MacDonald since September 2025, Natalie previously held the position of Associate Environmental Engineer at Brown and Caldwell, focusing on NPDES MS4 permit requirements and design standards for stormwater management.
