Steve Rollason

Steve Rollason is a highly experienced professional in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as Technical Director of Civil Engineering at Mott MacDonald since September 2025. Prior roles include Regional Lead - Design Management at MWH Treatment, where Steve oversaw design management and resource allocation in the Southern region, and Programme Design Manager for the CMDP programme.
