Phil Richards

Phil Richards is a Web Developer with experience in creating, updating, and maintaining client sites and web applications. Phil has also worked as a Front-End Web Developer, Data Analyst, Public Records Clerk, and has volunteered at the Inclusive Design Research Center. Phil has a Master of Information Studies degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from York University.
