Jayson Baudot is an Associate Site Reliability Engineer at Motus since December 2022, focusing on optimizing AWS environments and troubleshooting database issues using PostgreSQL. Prior to this, Jayson served as a Technical Support Engineer at Solera, Inc., where notable achievements included resolving 95% of cases within 24 hours and enhancing team efficiency through effective onboarding practices. Jayson also completed a Software Engineer Internship at Pan-American Life Insurance Group, where contributions involved creating UML diagrams to facilitate training and migrating infrastructure into a ServiceNow CMDB, significantly improving IT response times.
