Caitlin Collord

Caitlin Collord is a seasoned sales professional with significant experience in leadership and business development across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Sales at Motus since April 2025, Caitlin previously held multiple roles at Everlance from 2019 to March 2025, including Head of Sales, AE Team Lead, and Account Executive. Caitlin also owned Life's Work Concierge from 2016 to 2021 and worked as an Event Coordinator at Adventures on the Gorge for a brief period in 2015. Early career experiences include positions at CEB as a Business Development Associate, an intern at ERA Wilder Realty, and an Account Executive at Campus Special. Caitlin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of South Carolina in 2014.
