Jessica Pankov

Jessica Pankov has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jessica is currently working at Motus as the Vice President of Partnerships & Business Development, where they have been since March 2023. Prior to this, they were a Consultant at the same company starting in February 2023.

Before joining Motus, Pankov worked at Accolade, Inc. from August 2020 to July 2022, holding the position of VP, Solution Management, Integrated Clinical Partner Solutions. Jessica led strategy and day-to-day operations for integrated solutions delivered in partnership with healthcare providers. During their time at Accolade, Inc., the company underwent a workforce reduction of approximately 5%.

Prior to Accolade, Inc., Pankov spent a significant amount of time at SAP Concur. From January 2015 to August 2020, they served as Sr. Director, Head of ISV & SolEx Partnerships. Before that, they held the position of Director, Product & Partner Marketing, Concur Platform from December 2012 to January 2015 and Sr. Product Marketing Manager from May 2010 to December 2012.

Pankov also has experience at BOOQU INC., where they were an Advisor/Board Member from March 2017 to August 2018. Jessica started their career at Sage, where they worked from January 2003 to September 2008. During their time at Sage, they held various roles including Product Manager from March 2006 to September 2008, Pre-Sales Manager from January 2005 to March 2006, and Business Development Manager from January 2003 to January 2005.

Pankov began their career at Twin Cities Business Monthly Magazine as an Editorial Staff member in 2000.
