Rachelle then joined Runzheimer in 2007, where they served as a Help Desk Agent II, Technology Services Supervisor, and Manager - Technical Support & Implementation. Rachelle'smost recent position was at Motus, LLC, where they held roles as Director of Implementation & Operations, Director, Professional Services, and Senior Director of Operations.

Rachelle Case attended Milwaukee Area Technical College from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Network Specialist.
