Previously, Xóchitl held the position of Vice President Legal and Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where consultation involved navigating regulatory investigations. Xóchitl's career also includes significant experience as an Attorney at ARTEA Counsel, advocating for clients in litigation and government regulatory matters, and as an Assistant United States Attorney, specializing in federal prosecutions related to racketeering and international crimes. Earlier legal experience includes a role as Associate Attorney at Latham & Watkins. Xóchitl earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley, followed by a Doctor of Law from the University of Chicago.
