Karina Amaro

Karina Amaro is an experienced finance and management professional with a diverse background spanning multiple roles in prominent companies. Currently the Head of Finance, People, and Administration at Motz, Karina oversees the implementation of HR and internal communication processes. Previous experience includes serving as the Senior Manager of Global Credit & Collections at Votorantim Cimentos, managing a credit portfolio of R$ 2 billion and accounts receivable of R$ 13 billion annually. Karina's extensive tenure at Comgás involved various leadership positions, including Senior Manager of Billing and Collections, where responsibilities encompassed managing monthly revenues exceeding R$ 700 million and overseeing contracts related to meter reading and collections. Karina holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Marketing from Fundação Getulio Vargas and specialized leadership training from Fundação Dom Cabral.
