Joe McNamara

Joe McNamara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate appraisal and community engagement. Currently serving as a Citizens Advisory Committee Member for Moulton Niguel Water District since October 2018, Joe participates in facilitating communication between the District’s customers and Board of Directors. With over 15 years as an Appraiser III for the County of Orange, Joe specializes in commercial real estate, particularly in complex assignments related to hospitality, entertainment, and healthcare properties. Prior roles include a Manager position at Thomson Reuters, where Joe provided strategic planning and valuation analysis across various real estate sectors, and an Appraiser II role at the County of Orange - Assessor, focusing on property valuation and assessment. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Fullerton.
