Tim Whyman is the Founder and Director at Opstead, bringing over 25 years of experience in architecture and property development. Tim has held various roles, including Managing Director at Azure Architecture and Senior Design Manager at Mount Anvil, where they focused on design excellence and project management to maximize development value. Tim started their career as an Architectural Technician at Stanford Eatwell & Associates and Paul Johnson Architects, working on significant projects in residential and commercial sectors. Additionally, Tim holds multiple degrees in architecture and real estate management, including a Master’s with distinction from the University of the West of England.
