Jeremy Finazzo

Jeremy Finazzo, LICSW, LCAS, currently serves as a Behavioral Health Care Manager at Mount Auburn Hospital since October 2025. Previously, Jeremy worked as a Tobacco Treatment Counselor at the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, providing behavioral interventions to oncology patients. Additional experience includes roles as a College y Consejos Access Coach at LatinxEd, an Intensive In-Home Clinician at Hope Services, an Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program Counselor at SouthLight Healthcare, and a Project CATCH Case Manager at The Salvation Army. With a Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with extensive experience in counseling, case management, and educational support, Jeremy has demonstrated a strong commitment to serving diverse populations, including adolescents and individuals experiencing homelessness.
