Peter Kerr

Mr. Kerr is an Australian Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of experience in the mining industry in Australia and Canada. He has held senior corporate and finance positions with companies in the gold, uranium, and base metals sectors, including Bannerman Resources Limited, Teck Cominco Ltd, and Northern Gold NL. The latter being an ASX-listed company which Peter, as Managing Director, built up from 2002 before it was acquired by Canadian company GBS Gold International Inc via a public takeover offer in 2006. Mr. Kerr joined Mount Gibson as Chief Financial Officer in September 2012 and became Chief Executive Officer in October 2018.
