Simon Bird

Mr. Bird was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 23 February 2012. Mr. Bird is the Lead Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit and Financial Risk Management Committee. Mr. Bird has over 30 years of international corporate experience, including holding the positions of General Manager Finance at Stockland Limited, Chief Financial Officer of GrainCorp Limited, and Chief Financial Officer of Wizard Mortgage Corporation. He was also Chief Executive Officer of ASX-listed King Island Scheelite Limited, a former Managing Director of ASX-listed Sovereign Gold Limited, a former Chairman of ASX-listed Rawson Resources Limited, an ASX-listed Tubi Group, and a former Director of CPA Australia Limited. Mr. Bird is a Director of ASX-listed Pacific American Holdings Limited.
