Nimanthi Kodituwakku

Nimanthi Kodituwakku is an experienced hospitality professional specializing in banquet sales and operations management. Currently serving as the Housekeeping Operation Manager at Lotte New York Palace since March 2023, and as a Pastry Chef at Framboise Patisserie since November 2022, Nimanthi also holds the position of Senior Banquet Sales Manager at Galle Face Hotel since November 2017. With a strong background in managing corporate, private, and wedding events at Mount Lavinia Hotel, which includes overseeing multiple event spaces for large-scale operations, Nimanthi has successfully handled outside catering projects for extensive guest lists throughout Colombo and Sri Lanka. Prior experience includes a tenure at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo from April 2021 to October 2022 and earlier roles at Mount Lavinia Hotel.
