Logistics and Operations Team

The Logistics and Operations Team at Mount Meru Group is responsible for managing the efficient movement and storage of goods across East & Central Africa. They oversee supply chain logistics, coordinate transportation, handle clearing and forwarding tasks, and ensure seamless administrative operations. Additionally, they work collaboratively to optimize workflow, manage financial controls within the logistics division, and oversee the maintenance and function of equipment and infrastructure essential for operations.
