Nikki Storebo

Senior Program Director, Quality & Special Programs at Mount Olivet Rolling Acres

Nikki Storebo has been with Mt. Olivet Rolling Acres since 2013, and in the disability services field for 11 years. Prior to becoming a Senior Program Director, Nikki was a Program Supervisor for four MORA residential homes. Nikki oversees the Andover Youth Support Home, MORA’s In-Home Department, and the Communications and Quality areas. She also leads the agency’s grassroots advocacy efforts. Her passion lies in grassroots advocacy, helping clients create lives that are person-centered and meaningful, and developing and implementing systems that promote high-quality services. Nikki has a Bachelors of Science in Management and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Nikki brings her creativity, passion, attention to detail, and person-centered leadership style to our organization. Her focus on person-centeredness and agency-wide quality helps us ensure we are providing the best services possible and equipping our staff with the tools they need to be effective direct support professionals.
