James Churchill

James Churchill has been working as a Programmer / Analyst at Mount Pleasant Waterworks since September 2002. Prior to that, James held the same position at First Federal from September 1989 to September 2002. James also worked as a Computer Operator and Records Clerk. James studied at College of Charleston from 1988 to 1992 after graduating from James Island Charter High School in 1988.
