Kayleigh Hatfield

Kayleigh Hatfield has served as a Paraeducator at Mount Prospect Academy since November 2019, where responsibilities include delivering services aligned with individual treatment and education plans, connecting with students, providing support throughout the academic day, and managing crises with compassion. Kayleigh holds TCI certification and employs ARC principles to foster student success while emphasizing positive reinforcement and celebrating achievements. Prior to this role, Kayleigh gained management experience as a Shift Supervisor at Rite Aid and has also worked as a Sales Associate at both Rite Aid and Victoria's Secret. Education includes a degree from Timberlane Regional High School and ongoing studies at Northern Essex Community College.
