Stevie Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years in the human services field, primarily in supervisory roles. Stevie started as a Residential Counselor at New River Valley Community Services, providing direct care to clients with intellectual disabilities and mental illness. Stevie moved up to Therapeutic Day Treatment Counselor at Family Preservation Services, providing counseling to children with mental illness in the school system. At Innovative Community Solutions, Stevie served as Clinical Director, supervising staff in four group homes, managing files, ensuring compliance with Human Rights board and DMAS protocols. At EHS Support Services, Stevie served as Team Leader, supervising crisis stabilization services, psychosocial rehabilitation services, and MHSB services for individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness. Stevie spent two years as Center Manager of Planned Parenthood South Atlantic and two years as Clinical Care Coordinator Supervisor at Beacon Health Options, providing care coordination to individuals with serious mental illness and supervising a team of care coordinators. Stevie served as Program Director at NeuroRestorative, overseeing program operations. Currently, Stevie is Utilization Review Director and Human Resources Manager at Mount Regis Center.
