Barb Rallison

Barb Rallison (Davies) is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Director of the Institute for Community Prosperity at Mount Royal University since March 2019, where the focus is on social innovation and community engagement. Previously, Barb held the position of Social Impact Lead, balancing responsibilities between the Institute and the Trico Changemakers Studio. Prior to Mount Royal University, Barb was the Learning and Leadership Coordinator for Thrive at Momentum from August 2014 to March 2019, where initiatives were developed to advance social entrepreneurship. Barb's earlier roles include Executive Director at the Golden Food Bank, Management Consultant at Intrinsi, and Owner of Vitamins First. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition from the University of Calgary and Edison Institute of Nutrition, respectively, along with a Community Economic Development Certificate from Simon Fraser University.
