Blanka Evanson

Blanka Evanson is an experienced Project Manager currently serving in the Service Excellence PMO at the City of Calgary since October 2020, where leadership in key projects includes the Off-Site Levy Bylaw approval and the Franklin Station Transit Oriented Development. Previously, Blanka worked on policy initiatives with The Calgary Housing Company and led the IBM Maximo Implementation for Water Services. Additional experience includes roles at SMART Technologies, OPIsystems Inc., and KCP Energy, focusing on product management, supply chain projects, and strategic communications. Blanka also contributes to academia as an instructor and curriculum developer at Mount Royal University since 2006. Blanka holds a Bachelor of Physical Education in Exercise Physiology from the University of Alberta.
