Dr. Stephanie Cubba

Dr. Stephanie Cubba has extensive experience in institutional advancement and leadership roles. Dr. Stephanie began their career at Mount St. Mary's College in 1991 as the Director of Institutional Research. In 1997, they joined TMP Worldwide as a Marketing Manager and Primary Research Specialist. Dr. Cubba returned to Mount St. Mary's College in 1999 and took on multiple roles, including Director of the Women's Leadership Program and Vice President of Institutional Advancement. Dr. Stephanie continued their career in institutional advancement at Otis College of Art and Design before finally joining Mount Saint Mary's University in 2010 as Vice President of Institutional Advancement.

Dr. Stephanie Cubba holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Dr. Stephanie also has a Doctorate in Public Administration from the University of La Verne.
