Kimberly Peitzsche

Kimberly Peitzsche has a strong background in human resources with experience in various roles and organizations. Kimberly is currently serving as the Director, Human Resources (Acting) at Mount Saint Vincent University since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager, Human Resources at the same university from May 2022. Before joining Mount Saint Vincent University, they served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Irving Oil from August 2019 to May 2022. In 2016, they worked as the HR Lead (Contract) at NSCC, where they provided coaching and support to college leaders. Kimberly also had management responsibilities within the HR department during their tenure. From 2011 to 2016, they gained experience at IMP Aerospace & Defence as a Human Resources Supervisor and Generalist. Kimberly also worked as an HR Consultant (Contract) at Mount Allison University and as a Recruitment Administrator (Contract) at Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette. Starting their career in 2008, they worked as a Human Resources Associate and Intern at Nova Scotia Power.

Kimberly Peitzsche obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Mount Allison University in 2005. Kimberly later pursued a degree in Human Resources at New Brunswick Community College, completing their studies in 2008.
