Tom Strapps

Tom Strapps has a diverse work experience in facilities management and maintenance. Tom is currently serving as the Director of Facilities Management at Mount Saint Vincent University since January 2021. Prior to this, Tom worked as the Coordinator Maintenance, Operation Services at Halifax Regional Centre for Education starting from October 2018. Tom also has experience with Saint Mary's University, where they held multiple roles including Manager of Maintenance & Operations, Project Engineer, and Project Facilitator in Facilities Management from 2009 to 2018.

Tom Strapps obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dalhousie University, which they attended from 2002 to 2006. Tom also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from St. Francis Xavier University, and a Diploma in Forestry from the Maritime College of Forest Technology.
