Carol Hernandez

Carol Hernandez has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Carol started their career as an Engineering Intern at Resortes de Honduras S. de R.L in 2013. Carol then transitioned to the healthcare sector and worked at Mount Sinai Medical Center Miami Beach. There, they served as a Clinical Systems Analyst from July 2014 to November 2019, an Ambulatory Systems Manager from November 2018 to October 2021, and a Director of Physician Financial Services from October 2021 to May 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Patient Financial Services at Mount Sinai Medical Center Miami Beach.

Carol Hernandez obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Florida International University in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mecatronics Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana from 2009 to 2013.
